The 1970s church group that early formed my sojourn, the Plymouth Brethren (who used to deny that such a group even existed, and so, as a result of saying that, identified themselves as Plymouth brethren) was so reactionary against having F/T pastors that the matter of ministerial titles never came up. There was no one there to call or not call "pastor." They just had "full-time Christian workers", which would have been awfully unwieldy form of address. FTCW?
